MAVEN is borne out of the belief that fashion is inclusive, empowering, and transformative.

Some of my most precious childhood memories are from playing “dress up” in whatever borrowed or vintage digs my grandmother had stashed for me, growing to include collections of her mother’s costume jewelry.  That great grandmother used to tell stories of how she and her girlfriends would regularly wear their glitziest jewels and fanciest dresses to go out dancing – a lifestyle we may now imitate for a night or two, but is so romantically distant from our present existence. 

Still, the opportunity to step out and design an exterior that represents the beautiful, creative, powerful individual within always remains available.

This process of refinement from the inside-out to align with your highest self is the essence of beauty - where fashion fails, style is the presence we bring to everything we do. It’s a philosophy, a manner of living, a virtue of being truly you.
